Week 1 – Lets start at the very beginning – it’s a very good place to start

Week 12dfe6969a881a49e458219e52d241d2bI am going to try and blog about my training each week, as a record to see what I have done and to make sure I don’t stop….

This week has been a tricky start, as I am on a residential for the whole week with children from my class. It is also wet, cold and dark.

Today is a REST DAY, so I really enjoyed an extra 10 minutes in bed. I am following the Runners World plan ‘ How to run your best Marathon’. It is a 16 week long plan and I am really looking forward to sticking to it.

Monday and Tuesday have been completed (tick)

Tomorrow – I will have a go a interval training/tempo???  Friday is also a rest day and Saturday (40 mins) and Sunday  (75-90 mins) run days.
